Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which Concordia offers its family communication education programmes and the expectations we hold for all participants and website visitors.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Concordia website at concordiap.cyou and your participation in any educational programmes offered by Concordia, located at 117 Rama IV Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By accessing our website or registering for a programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for our services.
2. Nature of Our Services
Concordia provides educational and skills-based programmes in the area of family communication. All sessions, materials, and resources are offered for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in our programmes or on our website constitutes personal advice of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Relationship or family counselling
- Dispute resolution or mediation on any specific situation
- Financial, legal, or parenting advice
Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice for their individual circumstances. Concordia does not act as an intermediary, representative, or advocate for any participant in any personal or external matter.
3. Programme Enrolment
Enrolment in any Concordia programme is subject to the following conditions:
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a responsible adult
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable programme fee
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Concordia reserves the right to decline or cancel enrolment where appropriate, with a full refund of fees paid
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are as follows and are denominated in Thai Baht (฿):

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment instructions will be provided upon registration. Concordia reserves the right to revise fees for future programme dates with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. The following general guidelines apply to cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme date will receive a full refund of fees paid
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme date may be subject to an administrative fee
- Where a session must be cancelled by Concordia, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date

6. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants throughout all Concordia programmes. We reserve the right to ask any participant who behaves in a manner that is disruptive or disrespectful to others to leave the session, without refund.
Concordia programmes are designed to be inclusive, calm, and constructive in tone. We ask that participants reflect this approach in their own engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Concordia during programmes — including worksheets, templates, session plans, and written resources — are for the personal use of enrolled participants only. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without the prior written consent of Concordia.
The content of our website, including text, layout, and design, is the property of Concordia. Unauthorised use is not permitted.
8. Confidentiality in Group Settings
Many of our programmes involve group participation. We ask all participants to maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared by others within the group setting. This is a condition of participation. Concordia facilitators also observe strict confidentiality in relation to individual participants.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Thai law, Concordia's liability in connection with any programme or website use is limited to the fee paid for the relevant programme. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from participation in our educational sessions. Our programmes do not constitute advice and are provided on an as-is, educational basis.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications through the site
Concordia reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or participation in our programmes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
12. Changes to These Terms
Concordia may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of our website or enrolment in programmes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
